The same tourniquet carried by some of the country’s most elite soldiers and tactical teams can now be yours.  The SOF® Tactical Tourniquet-Wide (SOF®TT-W) is the result of an exhaustive 24-month research initiative compiling end-user research and laboratory studies to develop a more effective, easier-to-use tourniquet for all environments. High-strength, light-weight alloy components are used in critical areas of function ensuring reliability in the most challenging of circumstances and on the largest of limbs.  The SOF®TT-W is one of only two Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security approved tourniquets.

Controlling bleeding in the extremities is quickly and easily accomplished using the SOF®TT-W.  Whether it be a gunshot wound, an accident involving a broad head, a knife accident or a tree stand fall, any injury involving traumatic hemorrhage must be treated quickly and effectively.  The SOF®TT-W is carried by US Army Green Berets, Navy SEALS, NYPD, LAPD, Dallas PD, Philadelphia PD, the DEA and DHS, just to name a few.
